I’m so excited to offer you a brand new way to share and experience your photos. Because this system is quite new, I’ve put together some instructions on how to make the most out of your beautiful new PASS gallery. Watch the video below, then keep scrolling for a step-by-step guide and helpful hints!
Viewing Your Photos
No matter what device you’re using, PASS is the most beautiful gallery you’ll ever see. Scroll through at your own pace! Click on a photo to make it larger, then use the arrows on each side to view more. To get back to the full gallery, click on the arrow in the top left corner or click anywhere around the highlighted image.
To make viewing such a large number of images easier, the entire wedding day is separated into collections of images. The default collection that you see is one that holds all of my (Rachel) favorites. It tells the overall story of the wedding day, but you can view all of the images by clicking the menu button (three lines, top left), which reveals the rest of the collections.
Don’t forget to sign the guest book and see what others are saying!
Sharing Your Photos
You can easily share your photos to Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter right from inside your gallery. Click on the image that you want to share, click the little “+” sign on the top right, and then share to your heart’s content!
You can also create a folder of your own favorite images. In the same menu to the right, under the Add Photo To option, click on Favorites.
The one thing that bothered me when I got married was that I had to ask around to all of my family to get print orders since I was the one that had the disc of images. Then I had to distribute the prints to my family when they came in. With PASS, there’s no more of that. You can simply add photos to your cart and order with a few clicks of your mouse. The prints go into production automatically and ship directly to you – no waiting for me, the photographer, to place/fulfill the order and then mail it to you.
Downloading Your Photos
PASS eliminates all of the hassles that come with a DVD or flash drive. First, you don’t have to wait for the mailman to deliver your files. The second they’re finished and uploaded, you have complete access to them. To download all of your wedding images, click on the menu button on the top left to open the menu. Towards the bottom you’ll see the “Download All” option. Generally, only the bride and groom have this privilege, so you’ll have to log in with Facebook. Then you can either select “All Images” or just the collections you wish, and a .zip file will begin downloading.
PASS also makes it easy for your friends and family to have access to the images. They can download individual images by clicking on the photo, clicking the “+” sign on the right hand side, and then clicking Download. Super easy, and you’re free to just enjoy being married!
The best part about PASS is being able to take your images with you wherever you go! Simply open your gallery link (included in the email you received from me) on your mobile device. VOILA! Follow the instructions to add your gallery to your home screen and you’re all set.
You can also download the PASS app from the App Store and Google Play. Once you download it, simply log in with Facebook to view your gallery. When you click on an image, at the bottom there will be a little green arrow. If you click this, the image will be saved to your mobile device. Cool, right? No more having to plug your device into your computer and figure out how to transfer files. It’s so simple!
